Select the ''Keychain Access -> Certificate Assistant -> Request Certificate from a Certificate Authority…'' menu option and enter your email and name exactly as registered with the iOS Developer Program. Leave the CA Email Address field blank and select the Saved to Disk and Let me specify key pair information options:
