Launch Eclipse and create a new Android project named RemoteBound with a package name of com.example.remoteserviceremotebound, default icons and a single blank activity named RemoteBoundActivity with a corresponding layout file named activity_remote_bound.xmland a fragment file named fragment_remote_bound.
